Currently we accept Credit Card, Purchase Orders, Wire Transfers, and PayPal. We are continuously growing the number of payment methods avaiable, if you have suggestions on what other payment methods should be available please let us know.
For downloadable products and instant payment methods like Credit Card or PayPal, the delivery information will be sent via e-mail, usually within a few minutes after an order has been successfully completed. Please look for emails coming from Saas.hpe.com. For payment methods such as Bank Transfers or Purchase Orders, the delivery will be done after the payment is confirmed (usually 2 to 3 business).
